Barbara is a great ‘people manager’ and onboarded very quickly as the interim manager in our Marketing Team. She has a down to earth attitude and does not stress quickly, which created a pleasant working environment in the team. Furthermore, her analytical skills were a real added value and she was very thorough in sharing results. Although stakeholder management is challenging in our organization, she stayed away from turning into a ‘micro manager’ for which we are still thankful.
